Green Goddess Pesto Sauce

2 cups freshly chopped basil, stems and buds discarded (about 1-2 bunches) ½ cup fresh parsley leaves, (about ½ a bunch) 1 cup chopped scallions 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 2 cloves garlic ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed

In a high powdered blender or food processor, combine the basil, parsley, scallions, avocado, and lemon juice. Process until broken down.

Add the olive oil, yogurt, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
