Jalapeño Hot Sauce

14 medium jalapeños, about 10 ounces 5 baby sweet pepper, about .5 ounces 1 small sweet onion, about 3 ounces 5 garlic gloves, about .5 ounces 1 tsp salt 2 cups white vinegar

Add all ingredients into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.  Once it's at a boil lower the temperature and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Add to a blender and blend until smooth.

Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
