Lemon Butter Sauce

½ cup cold unsalted butter 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Add the garlic and salt and cook for 1 minute.

Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice. Season with freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
