Lemon Pepper Garlic Cream Sauce

2 tablespoons butter 5 large garlic cloves, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese salt and freshly cracked black pepper fresh parsley for garnishing, optional

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds

Stir in the cream and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Remove from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
