Remoulade Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon Louisiana-style hot sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 ½ teaspoons Creole seasoning ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon capers, chopped

Mix together the mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir in the garlic, Creole seasoning, and pepper.

Mix in the capers.
