Creamy Avocado Mayo

1 medium ripe avocado 2 teaspoons white vinegar 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon salt 2-3 tablespoons avocado oil

Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor. Add the vinegar, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons of the oil.

Pulse on high until smooth and creamy. Blend in the last tablespoon of oil if you desire a creamier consistency.
