Carne Asada Marinade

¾ cup orange juice ¼ cup lime juice 1 bunch fresh cilantro 2 whole chipotle peppers, canned in adobo ½ cup soy sauce 4 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon ground black pepper ½ cup olive oil

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Process until smooth.

Pour marinade over 3 pounds of flank steak into an airtight container or resealable bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours before grilling.
