15 ounce can cream of coconut ¼ cup sour cream ¼ cup lime juice, from about 2 limes 1 teaspoon lime zest, from 1 lime

In a small saucepan, combine the cream of coconut, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring just until sauce is blended.

Remove from heat and serve over rice, chicken, or fish.
