Homemade Coleslaw Dressing

½ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons white sugar 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt.

Serve with about 6 cups of cabbage coleslaw mix.

The dressing can be used immediately or refrigerated for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
