Garlic Cream Sauce

2 tablespoons salted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups half and half salt and pepper to taste ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add the flour, and cook stirring constantly for about 1 minute, until lightly browned.

Gradually whisk in the half and half then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in the Parmesan and parsley, then remove from heat.
