Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl.
Working with one handful at a time, lightly squeeze the grated cucumber between your palms over the sink to remove excess moisture then add it to the yogurt mixture.
Once all the cucumber has been added, stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour or up to 2 days.
