Peach mango salsa can be served as an appetizer with tortilla chips or as a topping for fish tacos. Made with fresh peaches and mangoes, this salsa is light and refreshing.

In a large bowl, combine the peaches, red onion, yellow pepper, mango, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Salsa will keep for up to 4 days covered tightly and stored in the refrigerator.
