Avocado Cilantro Dressing
This simple Avocado Cilantro Dressing is made with simple ingredients like avocado, cilantro, Greek yogurt, garlic, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. This delicious dressing takes less than 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

avocado
ripe & soft

tablespoons
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
red wine vinegar
or apple cider vinegar
⅓
cup
plain Greek yogurt
1
small garlic clove

cilantro leaves and stems

Instructions
Add the avocado, lemon, juice, and vinegar to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
Add the yogurt, garlic, and cilantro and process again.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
If the dressing is too thick, you may thin it out with water, adding 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Storage:
The dressing will keep for up to 1 week stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Makes about 1.5 cups.
