Lemon Pepper Garlic Cream Sauce
This easy lemon pepper garlic cream sauce is flavored with garlic, fresh lemon, and freshly cracked black pepper. It comes together in less than 10 minutes making it perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

butter
5
large garlic cloves
minced

cup
heavy cream
1
tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
2
tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
salt and freshly cracked black pepper
fresh parsley for garnishing

Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds
Stir in the cream and lemon juice.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Remove from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Immediate toss with 300 grams of freshly cooked pasta.

Storage:
This sauce can be made up to 2 days in advance and kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat over low heat.
