Remoulade Sauce
Louisiana-style remoulade sauce is amazing with fried seafood, fried pickles, and more. It’s easy to make with mayo, spices, and hot sauce. And it comes together in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

mayonnaise

spicy brown mustard

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice

Louisiana-style hot sauce

teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce

clove
garlic

teaspoons
Creole seasoning

teaspoon
ground black pepper

teaspoon
capers
chopped

Instructions
Mix together the mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in the garlic, Creole seasoning, and pepper.
Mix in the capers.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Storage:
Remoulade sauce can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
