Instructions
Add heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and lime juice to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until very well combined.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest on the counter for a maximum of 2 hours. It will thicken during this time.
Use immediately, or transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator until ready.
Notes
Storage:
Store the crema in the refrigerator for up to one week.
