juice of half a lemon

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process for 1 minute or until light and fluffy.
Store in the fridge, in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Add chopped cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, or a combination of two or more for a flavorful yogurt sauce.
