Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to meld.
Serve over prime rib, roast beef, or steak. Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
