This yum yum sauce will become your new favorite hibachi sauce. It’s just like the one you get at the Japanese steakhouse and is perfect with steak, shrimp, or vegetables!

Ingredients

mayonnaise

salted butter
melted and cooled

granulated sugar

Sriracha
or ketchup

Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Taste and add more seasoning if desired.
Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving so that flavors can meld.
Store leftover sauce in a jar with a tight-fitting lid for up to 4 days.
