Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to meld.
Serve over steak, on a burger, or with chicken wings. Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
