Sukiyaki Sauce
This versatile sukiyaki sauce has many uses. Use it as a braising liquid for any combination of meats, seafood, and vegetables. It can also be splashed over cooked vegetables for added flavor.

Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Stir to make sure all the sugar is dissolved and transfer to a bowl or jar.
Use right away or allow to cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

If using in a soup, use 1/2 cup of sauce per 2 cups of broth.
