Combine the vinegar and sugar in a small sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil then continue to simmer while stirring frequently until the sauce is reduced by half, about 10 minutes. The glaze should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely, about 15 minutes.
