Ingredients
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Instructions
- Sautee the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir in the tomato paste followed by the white wine and cook until reduced by half.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.
