sour cream

mayonnaise

Instructions
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt together in a small bowl.
Use immediately with salmon or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Sour cream:
This recipe works great with Greek yogurt as well.
Mayonnaise:
You can leave this out and use all sour cream or all Greek yogurt instead.
Dill:
Use fresh dill! Dried dill will not give the best flavor.
