This summer, we’ve become completely obsessed with a creamy herb sauce that we’ve been whipping up using all the fresh herbs. Itโs the ideal way to utilize those herbal treasures and goes perfectly with everything!
You can drizzle it over roasted veggies, chicken, fish, or even red meat. Itโs also a fantastic addition to salads when tossed with greens, or try it as a spread on your favorite sandwiches (hello, BLT!). And donโt forget about dipping, this sauce pairs perfectly with veggies, crackers, meat, and cheese! The possibilities are truly endless.

Tips For Success
- Any herb will work. Experiment with what you have on hand. Rosemary can be overpowering, but basil, mint, dill, and parsley work best.
- You can skip the yogurt and use all sour cream, or skip the sour cream and use all yogurt. Mayonnaise is also a great base for this sauce.

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
